Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees paid are non-refundable.
